Review of Perfect Partners Series by Ann Christy

This is the new series by Ann Christy. Till now there two books in the series which were  released a few day ago this month. The idea and premise of these series is really good. And the books in the series could be read in any orders as they will be standalone. Below is the author note from PePr (book #1) which will explain what the series is much better than me.

Called PePrs, (say it like pepper, the spice), they are almost indistinguishable from humans, yet they are not human. And things that start out perfect rarely stay that way. The stories and novellas vary a great deal, from relatively light-hearted to deeply emotional, from morally ambiguous to straight-up crazy.

So that is it. I read from beginning to end so yeah don't judge me. Below are the two books released in this series; PePr Inc. and Posthumous.

Synopsis

Hazel has a busy life with a great career and friends she loves. She also has Henry, and that's not working out quite like she expected.

Perfect Partners, Incorporated - PePr, Inc. - promised her a match with perfect compatibility. A PePr is meant to complement their human, filling in all the gaps to create the ideal couple. They are meant to be something no human could ever hope to find in another human. It's just not turning out that way for Hazel.

When Henry finally goes too far, Hazel finds that getting free of him might not be as easy as going back to PePr to void the contract.

PePr, Inc. is a short story, the first in the Perfect Partners, Incorporated series.

Posthumous (Perfect Partners, Incorporated Book 2)Posthumous by Ann Christy
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was amazing! I loved it!!! The writing was amazing cuz I didn't even knew when I was in Edna's head and that had me grinning. It means the author has captured me and I love that. I loved the past memory reliving and her becoming self aware and getting to know her in bits. It was beautiful, sad and amazing. I LOVE THIS BOOK!
I want to have a physical copy of this book just to have it in front me lol. Definitely A MUST Read! A short heart warming and bittersweet read! Got an arc in exchange of an honest review.

About Ann

AnnChristy2014SuperSmallI’m a recently retired Navy Commander and secret science fiction writer. Since retiring, I work on my books as obsessively as I worked for the military and I still can’t figure out what I should wear if I can’t wear a uniform. I live by the sea under the benevolent rule of my canine overlords and a variety of unruly family members.
My first published series, Silo 49, cemented my desire to write fiction and it’s paved the way for a whole slew of new books. Strikers, Yankari: A Talking Earth Tale, The In-Betweener as well as a bunch of creepy (or creepily-cool) stories in published anthologies have already come out. And there is so much more to come.
I love to hear from readers so drop me a line! (No, really, I’m not even just saying that to be nice. I really do love to hear from readers!)
